The developer who built your site went quiet eighteen months ago. Plugins have not been updated since. Nobody is entirely sure who has the login, and the last backup, if there is one, has never actually been tested to see if it restores.
None of that matters until the site goes down, gets hacked, or a plugin update breaks the layout the day before an important event. Website care is the unglamorous work of making sure that day never comes, and having someone to call quickly if it does anyway.

Things people ask
Will you look after a site you didn't build?
Yes, that is most of who this page is for. We run a short paid audit first so we know exactly what we are taking on, then it goes on a normal care plan.
What happens if my site goes down?
You call us. Monitored hosting means we often catch it before you do, and Essential includes getting it back up as part of the plan.
Is this different from the Rescue package?
Yes. Rescue on Business Websites is for a site that needs rebuilding. Website Care is for a site that is basically fine and just needs looking after properly.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, no lock-in, thirty days' notice, and you keep your site, domain and hosting details either way.
What counts as a 'content change'?
Text edits, a new photo, updating a price, adding a job vacancy, that kind of thing. Anything bigger (a new page, a redesign) gets scoped and quoted separately.
