As the founder of XKART, XRACING, and TeamKarting, he brings industry insight to OTM, helping businesses and individuals grow. He is passionate about creating opportunities and breaking down barriers—something he carries into his work at OTM.
Ashleigh joined OTM after running her own business development company, bringing hands-on experience and a strong work ethic. Taken under Janine’s wing, she quickly found her place in digital marketing. Known for solving the fiddly tech issues no one else wants to touch, she keeps projects running smoothly behind the scenes. She also supports social media, website builds, and anything that needs a calm head and a practical approach.
Leon is studying engineering at college while also racing for XKART. He first got into marketing by working with his own clients, which led to an opportunity at OTM. Now, he focuses on the motorsport division, handling social media, graphic design, and website updates for drivers and teams.
James supports On Track Marketing in a graphic design capacity while also serving as a brand ambassador for TB Kart UK.
Currently developing his skills in Adobe design software, he contributes to visual content creation, bringing a fresh perspective shaped by his motorsport background.
His role allows him to gain hands-on experience while aligning OTM’s visuals with its high-performance brand identity.
