Client Responsibilities

Payments

Unless otherwise agreed, invoices must be paid within the stated payment terms shown on the invoice.

Intellectual Property

Clients retain ownership of materials supplied by them
OTM retains ownership of draft concepts and unused creative work
Final approved deliverables transfer upon full payment

OTM may showcase completed work within portfolios, case studies and promotional material unless confidentiality agreements apply.

Motorsport & Sponsorship Activities

OTM may support drivers, teams, sponsors, consortiums, events and commercial partnerships within motorsport.

Submission of sponsorship applications, partnership requests or consortium enquiries does not guarantee placement, funding or commercial opportunities.

All opportunities remain subject to review, suitability and availability.

Working With Under 18s

OTM may work with junior drivers and participants under the age of 18.

Parents, guardians or authorised representatives may provide information or communicate on behalf of under-18 participants where appropriate.

Relevant team members working directly with young participants are DBS checked where required.

Website Usage

You agree not to misuse this website or attempt to:
