Motorsport Copywriting & Press Releases
Race reports that read like you were actually there
Driver bios, sponsor updates and race weekend press releases, written properly and out before the paddock's packed away.
We write the words that keep sponsors and fans following a season: driver bios, race weekend reports, and press releases sent to the outlets that actually cover your class. Written from your own race notes, not guessed from a results sheet.
Fifteen minutes, no pitch. Tell us what happened this weekend and we will tell you how quickly we can get it out.
The honest bit
A results sheet is not a race report
P4 in qualifying, P3 at the flag, tells a sponsor nothing about the overtake that actually made the race, the setup change that turned the weekend around, or the incident that cost you two places. Numbers alone do not sell a season to a sponsor who was not standing on the pit wall.
A press release that goes out three days after the chequered flag has already missed the moment. The story needs writing and sending while the result is still news, not once the paddock has moved on to the next round.
What you get
What we actually write
Content built around what a sponsor, a fan or a journalist actually wants to read.
Race weekend reports
Written from your own notes and results, with the actual story of the weekend, not just a position and a lap time.
Press releases, sent fast
Formatted the way motorsport media and local press expect, turned around quickly enough to still be news when it lands.
Driver & team bios
Written to make a sponsor's decision easier: who you are, what you have achieved, and why backing you is a good bet, without sounding like a CV.
Sponsor update content
Regular, specific updates a sponsor can actually forward to their own board, tying results back to the exposure and reach they are paying for.
No surprises
What it costs
Project pricing per release or report, or a season-long retainer if you want it covered every round.

Questions
Things people ask
How fast can you turn a race report around?
Usually within 48 hours of the weekend, sooner if you get us your notes and results the same day.
Do you need to be at the race?
No, we write from your notes, results and any photos or footage you send over. Being trackside is not required, though we are always happy to be asked.
Can you send releases to press and not just write them?
Yes, to a relevant motorsport and local press list, ask on the call about who that covers for your class.
Is this different from Full Digital Management?
It can sit inside it, see Full Digital Management, or be bought on its own if writing is the only gap. Ask on the call which makes more sense for your season.
Can you write sponsor-facing content specifically?
Yes, season retainers include a sponsor update built to be forwarded straight to whoever holds the budget on their end.
